The  Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program  (PEI PNP) invited 188 immigration candidates to apply for a provincial nomination. Most of the invitations, 172, went to  Express Entry  and  Labour Impact   candidates. The  Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program  (MPNP) invited a total of 426 immigration candidates across three  Provincial Nominee Programs  (PNPs): Skilled Workers in Manitoba  — 376 invitations with a minimum EOI score of 464; Skilled Workers Overseas  — 22 invitations with a minimum EOI score of 726; and International Education Stream  — 30 invitations with no EOI score requirement. British Columbia invited 87 tech workers to apply for a provincial nomination on November 16. The invitations were issued through the BC PNP Tech, which is a stream under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program  (BC PNP). The BC PNP is an economic immigration pathway used by the province of British Columbia to attract experienced, high-demand foreign workers. The program gives people who choose to live and work in British Columbia a path to permanent residence. Quebec invited 33 immigration candidates to apply for permanent selection on November 11. VO Visas || Express Entry Second-lowest CRS for a PNP draw during the pandemic  Canada has now held five Express Entry draws in a row targeting candidates from the PNP class. On November 10, Canada invited 775  Express Entry  candidates to apply for permanent residence. All of the invited candidates had previously received nominations through a  Provincial Nominee Program  (PNP). Since provincial nominees automatically get a 600-point award, the score cut off was 685. Without the nomination, the lowest-scoring candidate would have had just 85 points. Lately,  Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada  (IRCC) has only been drawing PNP candidates from the Express Entry pool. In the  previous draw , IRCC invited 888 candidates with scores of at least 744. Today’s draw had the second-lowest cut-off score in this category since IRCC started holding PNP-only draws in March 2020. The lowest score requirement for a PNP draw happened in March 2021....

Alberta’s October 26 draw results are now public. The western Prairie Province invited 248 Express Entry candidates to apply for a provincial nomination. The  Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program  (AINP) invited candidates who had scores of at least 300 in the  Express Entry  system. The latest draw is the sixth one in a row where the cutoff score was 300, which is the minimum needed to be eligible for the  Alberta Express Entry Stream .
