What is the meaning to be an Self - Employed Worker ? There are several immigration programs to Canada, such as Federal Skilled Worker, Canadian Experience Class, Atlantic Programs, Start Up Visa, and our theme today is the self-employed program, a program aimed at those who work as freelancers in the fields of Culture, arts and sports. By definition, a self-employed person is a service provider who does not have an employment relationship, or an individual who exercises some economic activity on his own. However, not all self-employed people are eligible to immigrate to Canada through the Self-Employed program, which can be confusing for many. To immigrate to Canada as a self-employed person through the self-employed program, you must have experience as a self-employed person in areas related to cultural, arts and sports activities. Latest CRS Scores Draw on 01-May-2020 | Canada Express Entry

Image
Express Entry draw figures for the May 1 draw are below. In the May 1 Express Entry draw for immigration to Canada, 3,311 candidates will be issued an Invitation to Apply (ITA). This draw was restricted exclusively to candidates in the Canadian Experience Class (CEC). The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score cut-off threshold for this draw was 452 points.  This draw continues IRCC’s trend of issuing invitations only to PNP and CEC candidates. It has now been more than one month since the last all-program draw. A trusted legal source confirmed in conversation with IRCC that Express Entry draws are being limited to PNP and CEC candidates for the time being in response to COVID-19. It is unclear how long these restrictions will remain in place.  Why is Express Entry restricting draws to PNP and CEC candidates? Since COVID-19 became a public health crisis in Canada, IRCC has been restricting draws to candidates from either Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) or Canad

Canada & Australia Immigration Plan  Canada and Australia have pursued completely different immigration plans in recent years—a trend which has continued during the coronavirus crisis. Australia Sydney Immigration is critical to the economic health of both Canada and Australia. In recent decades, the two countries have become increasingly reliant on new permanent residents and temporary visa holders such as international students and foreign workers to support their population, labour force, and economic growth. They contribute $39 billion to Australia’s economy each year and support 240,000 jobs. Some 22 per cent of Canada’s 38 million people are immigrants while 30 per cent of Australia’s 25.5 million people are immigrants. Th
