 Quebec issues 69 invitations in new Arrima draw | VO Visas Quebec immigration held its fifth draw of 2021 through the Arrima Expression of Interest system. Quebec invited 69 immigration candidates to apply for permanent selection. Details of this latest round of invitations have been released today. The Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration (MIFI) invited candidates under the  Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP)  who had filed an  Expression of Interest  (EOI) in Quebec’s online registration portal,  Arrima . An EOI is not an application. It is a way for candidates to notify Quebec’s Ministry of Immigration that they would like to be considered for a   Quebec Selection Certificate  or CSQ. British Columbia invited 395 immigration candidates in two  Provincial Nominee Program  (PNP) draws held on June 22, 2021. B.C. has been conducting two separate rounds of invitations under its PNP program since February.
